The land of Varanasi (Kashi) has been the ultimate pilgrimage spot for Hindus for ages. Hindus believe that one who is graced to die on the land of Varanasi would attain salvation and freedom from the cycle of birth and re-birth. Abode of Lord Shiva and Parvati, the origins of Varanasi are yet unknown.
Prayag is birth place of Som, Varuna and Prjapati. Prayag has been associated with mythological personalities in Brahmanical(Vedic) and Buddhist Literatures. It was the seat of the great sage Bhardwaj, sage Durvasa and Sage Pannas sage Bhardwaj lived here circa 5000BC and taught more than 10000 disciples.
Ayodhya was stated to be the capital of the ancient Kosala kingdom in the Ramayana. Hence it was also referred to as "Kosala". The Adi Purana states that Ayodhya is famous as su-kośala "because of its prosperity and good skill". The cities of Ayutthaya (Thailand), and Yogyakarta (Indonesia), are named after Ayodhya.
Day wise plan:
Day 1: Arrival Varanasi
After your arrival at Varanasi Airport/Railway Station, Our agent will bring you to the hotel and will help you with the check-in. Then you can go and roam around the Ghats and take walks, or you can go to Ganga Arti at River Ganga. Help yourself to spend the first day and leave the rest on us. Later you can come back to the hotel and you will stay there overnight.
Day 2: Varanasi Sightseeing
On the second day after an alluring breakfast, we will go for a city tour of Varanasi, where we will see every place that Lord Shiva had been and to every spot of respect and faith. We will see people doing their rituals and Arties. Following the city tour, we will then go to Sankat Mochan Temple, Durga Temple, Tulsi Manas Mandir After that, we will go back to the hotel and stay there for the night to take a rest.
Day 3: Varanasi - Allahabad ( Approx 121 km)
On the 3rd day post an appealing breakfast, check out from the hotel and we will go for a drive to Allahabad which is also known as Prayagraj. On the way visit places like the old Allahabad Fort and Triveni Sangam. Where you will witness the meeting of two holy rivers, Ganga and Yamuna. Following that, we will visit Anand Bhawan. After that, check in to the hotel in Allahabad and stay there for the night to take a rest.
Day 4: Allahabad - Ayodhya
On an alluring breakfast, Check out from the hotel and proceed to Ayodhya. It is almost 170 km. Then reaching Ayodhya, visit the Shri Ram janam Bhoomi, Kanak Bhawan, Ram Mahal Sita Rasoi , Tulsi Smarak Bhawan. After that proceed to the hotel and Check in to the hotel in Ayodhya. Then Overnight stay at a hotel in Ayodhya.
Day 5: Departure Ayodhya - Varanasi (Approx 220 km)
After having a sizzling breakfast at the hotel, check out and prepare to leave Ayodhyawith your loved ones. Get transferred to the Varanasi Airport / Railway station and head back home with everlasting memories of this beautiful and lively city.
