Nowhere else in India could you find such an intriguing mix: giant Chinese fishing nets, a 450-year-old synagogue, ancient mosques, Portuguese- and Dutch-era houses and the crumbling remains of the British Raj. The result is an unlikely blend of medieval Portugal and Holland and an English village grafted onto the tropical Malabar Coast.
DAY 01 - COCHIN
You are greeted on arrival at Kochi International Airport/Railway station by our representative and thereafter transfer to Hotel. Afternoon you can go for the sightseeing of Cochin. Here you can see the St Francis Church, the oldest Church in India, 500 year-old Portuguese Houses, Chinese fishing nets, 16th century Synagogue, Jew Town and Mattancherry Palace, built by Portuguese, this Palace contains some of India’s most beautiful murals. Evening go for shopping(own charges). Overnight at Hotel.
DAY 02 - COCHIN - MUNNAR
Morning after breakfast check out from the hotel drive to Munnar covering a distance of 130 kms / 4 hrs enroute visit Cheyyappara Waterfalls, Valara Waterfalls. On the way to Munnar you can see tea gardens spread like a green carpet over hundreds of kilometers, lush green hills, a place so difficult to describe, very low population too far from pollution, most of the area covered by Tata tea. On arrival check into the hotel. Overnight at Hotel.
DAY 03 - IN MUNNAR
Morning after breakfast sightseeing in Munnar which includes Mattupetty, Eco-Point, Tea Museum, Pothamedu etc. You can also enjoy boating in the Lake (own charges optional). Overnight stay at Hotel.
DAY 04 – MUNNAR – ALLEPPEY HOUSEBOAT
Morning after Breakfast check out from the hotel drive to Alleppey. On arrival check in to the houseboat and enjoy the backwaters ride and all cuisines served in the Houseboat. Overnight stay in house boat.(Cruise start through - Vembanadu lake(biggest lake in kerala) – C block & R-Block paddy fields islands, kuttanadu villages, village fishermen shops, evening halt at 5.00pm)
DAY 05 - DEPARTURE
Morning after breakfast transfer to Cochin Airport or Railway Station for the onward Journey with Happy Memories.
