Split by a pair of lakes, the capital of Madhya Pradesh offers two starkly contrasting cityscapes. North of the lakes is Bhopal's Muslim-dominated old city, a labyrinthine area of mosques and crowded bazaars. About a quarter of Bhopal�s population is Muslim, and this place is home to interesting history: four female Islamic rulers, known as the Begums of Bhopal, developed the city in the 19th and early 20th centuries. North of the old city is a reminder of a more recent, tragic history � the Union Carbide chemical plant, site of the world�s worst industrial disaster.
Itinerary
Day 01:Delhi (Arrival)
Upon arrival at the Delhi airport, our tour representative will meet you and assist you in smooth transfer to the hotel for overnight stay.
Day 02:Delhi
Post breakfast in the morning, set off for a sightseeing tour of Old and New Delhi which include Jama Masjid, QutubMinar, Red Fort, Raj Ghat, Humayun’s Tomb, India Gate, Rajpath and RashtrapatiBhawan etc. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 03 : Delhi – Bhopal
After breakfast in the morning, you will be transferred to Bhopal. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to the hotel. Later, embark on a sightseeing tour of Bhopal which include places such as Indira Gandhi RashtriyaManavSangrahalaya, Bharat Bhawan and Laxmi Narayan Temple. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 04 :Bhopal – Sanchi
Start your day with an excursion to the SanchiStupa and Museum. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 05 :Bhopal – Panchmarhi
After having breakfast, hit the road to Panchmarhi. On the way, briefly halt at Bhimbetka Caves and Bhojpur. Upon arrival, check into the hotel for overnight stay.
Day 06 :Panchmarhi Sightseeing
Start your day with the sightseeing tour of Panchmarhi. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 07 :Panchmarhi – Jabalpur
Post breakfast in the morning, depart for Jabalpur. Upon arrival, embark on a sightseeing tour at Marble Rocks at Bhedaghatt. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 08 : Jabalpur - Delhi and departure
Today, you will be transferred to the airport to board flight back to Delhi.
