Airlines / Airfares Terms & Conditions

A service fee of Rs. 100 + GST is applicable for every flight ticket booked.

For international flight bookings, a passport with a minimum validity of six months is required.

Flight ticket bookings will not be accepted based solely on names provided by the client, passport applications, or acknowledgment receipts. A soft copy of valid ID proof is highly recommended for verification. If the customer authorizes the booking based on the details provided, Gogaga select will not be held responsible for any discrepancies or cancellation charges incurred due to incorrect details. Any related charges will be the sole responsibility of the client.

Once a ticket is issued, it cannot be transferred to any other traveler, including immediate family members.

Flight cancellations, rescheduling, delays, or any changes in the itinerary are subject to the airline's policies and operational decisions. Any modifications requested due to such changes may incur additional charges, which must be borne by the client.
For voluntary changes to flight bookings, Gogaga select must be informed at least:

72 hours before departure for domestic flights.

96 hours before departure for international flights.

Any applicable charges for such changes must be covered by the client.

In case of cancellations, airline cancellation charges will apply. The service fee collected by Gogaga select is non-refundable.

Flight tickets included in any package will be for Economy Class by default. Premium or Business Class fares will only be offered upon customer request and must be specified in the itinerary.

Transportation Vehicle Terms & Conditions

The vehicle model or variant may differ from the one specified in the itinerary and final vouchers unless explicitly mentioned.

The same vehicle may not be available for all days of the tour. A vehicle will be assigned based on availability with the supplier.

Entry tickets are not included in the package unless specifically mentioned in the inclusions section of the package.

Special inclusions such as honeymoon amenities, travel insurance, or a car with a baby seat are not provided unless explicitly mentioned in the itinerary inclusions section.

Route deviations are not allowed; the trip will strictly follow the route plan outlined in the itinerary.

Cab timings must be strictly followed. Any deviation in scheduled timings may impact on the tour plan.

Hotel Terms & Conditions

The final handover of hotel vouchers, air tickets, visas, and other travel documents will be done only after receiving full and final payment.

The standard hotel check-in time is between 14:00 - 15:00, and check-out time is between 11:00 - 12:00 hours, depending on the property.

Early check-in and late check-out are strictly subject to availability and hotel discretion, unless specified in the inclusions section.

Even if rooms are available, the hotel may or may not allow early check-in or late check-out, subject to hotel check-in and checkout policy.

Additional charges will apply for early check-in or late check-out, as per the hotel's policy.

Gogaga Select Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any changes in hotel policies at any time.

Gogaga Select Pvt. Ltd. does not guarantee the quality of service at the hotel, amenities, or star rating of hotels.

Once a hotel is booked, any modifications or cancellations will be subject to both the hotel's cancellation policy and Gogaga Select’s policies.

We strongly recommend that customers review hotel ratings, feedback, and images before confirming their booking.

Visa Terms & Conditions
Visa General Terms

We act as a facilitator for visa applications and do not have control over visa approvals, rejections, or processing times.
-
Visa issuance is at the sole discretion of the respective embassies or consulates. We cannot guarantee visa approval.

All visa fees, service charges, and embassy fees are non-refundable, regardless of visa approval or rejection.
-
The applicant must provide complete and accurate information. Any errors or omissions may result in visa rejection, for which we are not responsible.

Visa on Arrival is granted solely at the discretion of the Immigration Authority. Gogaga Select is not responsible for any denial of a visa to the traveler. If a visa is not granted upon arrival for any reason, the cancellation policy of Gogaga Select Pvt. Ltd. will apply without exception.

To avoid complications during Visa on Arrival, immigration, and customs clearance, travelers are advised not to consume excessive alcohol during flights.

Passport copies must be submitted at the time of booking confirmation. Additionally, the passport must be valid for at least six months beyond the traveler’s departure date from the destination.

For all international reservations, customers must provide a copy of a valid passport for each passenger traveling to the destination
Documentation & Requirements

The applicant is responsible for submitting all required documents as per the respective country’s visa guidelines.

We will provide guidance on documentation, but it does not alter or falsify any information.
-
Submission of false or misleading documents may lead to legal consequences, including visa bans.
Processing Time & Delays

Visa processing times vary by country and are subject to changes without prior notice.
-
We are not responsible for delays caused by embassies, consulates, public holidays, additional document requests, or external factors.
-
Express visa services (if available) are subject to additional fees and embassy approval.
Fees & Payments

All visa fees and service charges must be paid in full before processing the application.
-
Fees are non-refundable, including in cases of visa rejection, incomplete documentation, or withdrawal of application.
-
Any additional charges imposed by embassies, VFS, or third-party service providers will be borne by the applicant.
Rejections & Appeals

The agency is not responsible for visa refusals and does not have the authority to appeal rejections.
-
If a visa is rejected, the applicant must contact the respective embassies for further information.
-
A re-application will require fresh documentation and additional fees
Liability & Disclaimer

We are not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred due to visa delays, rejections, or travel disruptions.

We do not provide guarantees regarding visa outcomes or travel arrangements.
-
In case of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, etc.), we are not responsible for any delays or losses.
Privacy & Data Protection

All personal data provided for visa processing will be handled confidentially and only shared with relevant authorities.

We follow data protection policies but are not responsible for data breaches occurring at embassies, consulates, or third-party service providers.
Cancellation & Refund Policy

Once a visa application is submitted, cancellations are not allowed, and no refunds will be issued.

In case of incomplete documentation or missing information, we will notify the applicant, but processing delays are the applicant’s responsibility.

Important Notes
Please note any rescheduling, Cancellation, Amendments from Airlines, Any Corrections are subjected to Your Chosen Airlines policies. Gogaga Holidays will not hold any responsibility in regards to any above mentioned corrections.
Once Itinerary is Vouchered, We cannot allow any corrections and Changes in the Itinerary, So we request you to go through the itinerary before confirmation. We also request you to check the Hotel room Standards, Star ratings and Reviews of the hotel, Services from your end through online before Confirming the Package. We recommend hotel on the basis of feedback's received from our existing customers.
On Confirmation all the travelers should follow the timings as per the Holiday Vouchers, and any delay or no show in transfers the company will not hold and responsibility.
For any Public Holidays, Natural Calamities, Sudden unexpected Government Decisions the company will not hold responsible for Sightseeing’s and transfers.
